Fascia Lata is a fibrous covering of muscle recovered from the lateral aspect of the thigh used in various clinical applications such as periodontal surgery, dural defect repair, hip labral reconstruction, and superior capsule reconstruction. These allografts are gamma-irradiated in their final packaging to achieve an SAL of 10^-6.
